Have you ever coughed and sneezed at the same time while preaching? We’ve heard it all. We love to type it out: “Haflooph.” (Just kidding!) We’ll leave that out.
At Church Script, we will edit when necessary to correct grammatical mistakes and we will check any quotes and Scripture references for accuracy. We even go as far as to research staff names to ensure correct spelling when possible!
ACCURACY
We understand the importance of accuracy. The largest benefit of having a transcriptionist transcribe your sermon is that, unlike most transcription software that is unreliable and inaccurate, a transcriptionist will catch all that you are saying and can edit and format your content beautifully.
At Church Script we have established our transcription accuracy standards according to Colossians 3:23, which says, “And whatever you do, do it heartily as unto the Lord.” We will not send out your sermon transcription until we have proofread and ensured it for accuracy and correct formatting.

PAYMENT PLANS
We have 2 simple plans; pay as you go or month to month. Pay as you go is great if you need sermons transcribed every so often. We will send you an initial invoice detailing the total for your audio clip. We will process your payment the day of the start of the transcription. You will receive an invoice for your records along with your finished transcription.
Our month to month plan accommodates churches with weekly sermons for transcription. On the month to month plan, you can pay your outstanding balance on the 15th or 30th of the month. We will send you an invoice for the month’s total amount of audio minutes and bill you on your preferred day.
ARCHIVE DISCOUNTS
For larger transcription projects of archived content, we will provide you with a great custom bulk discount. Contact us and let us know how much content you will need to have transcribed and we will be glad to talk to you and provide you a quote at your discounted rate.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card payments. An invoice will be sent powered by Paypal.
DOWNLOADING TRANSCRIPTIONS
Your finished transcripts can be sent to you via email, Dropbox or Google Drive. Our transcripts can be downloaded, saved and printed as many times as you need.
To ensure the safekeeping of your finished transcripts, we will save a copy in the cloud and on a separate backup drive. If you lose your copy or if it gets damaged, email us and we will gladly send you another copy.
